By submitting genomic sequences, oligonucleotide data, or related information, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and analyze the data solely for the purpose you authorize. All data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the Service are the property of Blast DeepSeq or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Payment & Subscription (If Applicable)

If certain features are paid, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the pricing plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also request account deletion at any time.
